vintage smiles.. :)

i'm part of this org in our school, SION, and we did a small outreach program in martha's home [a small home for the elderly] last december '08..it was really touching..i documented the program and i would like to share some photos that i have taken..

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

i forgot the name of this Lolo.. but he was the most emotional of all of them..he immediately cried when he saw us in the home..the nurses said that he is always like that when he sees a lot of people..

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

the one in the green shirt was Jace.. he sang a couple of songs for the Lolo's and Lola's..i forgot the name of that Lola..she has a great smile.. :)

meet Lola Naty.. when she received her towel from the gift packs what we gave she was really proud of having her name on the towel.. you can see that she was really happy with it and was showing it off.. she was also posing for me when i was taking photos of her.. when i showed her photo in my cam i saw her face brighten up.. it was a touching moment for me 'cause at least i made her smile even for few seconds.. [tear..sniff. :')] hehe

-------------------------------------------------------------------------

this is Lola Popa [or is it Popo..? can't figure out if the last letter in her towel is an A or an O hehe].. could'nt tell if she was smiling in these photos.. some of the nurses in the home said that she was.. so i guess she was smiling ;)

Awww.. Bom, that's really touching, your pictures! :) It's so nice to have their smiles caught on camera~ I like your title too~

You know what would be really nice? Why not have the pictures printed and send them to the home. :) So the lolo's and lola's can have a look see. Doesn't have to be all. Just one of each diba. ^^
